Te-Care service contracts are designed to minimize instrument downtime. They maintain the continuous operation and reliability of your laboratory environment.  Te-Care service contracts are available for a range of Tecan liquid handling and detection instruments.

Introspect™ available for Freedom EVO™, Fluent™ and Spark™. Remote support requires remote access to be granted. Remote diagnostics necessitates an active connection. Loaner instruments are offered solely for specific detection devices, are fee-based, and subject to availability. Onsite support addresses instrument issues and configurations covered by the service contract, excluding upgrades, system modifications, or application support.
